Call for Abstracts for Free Papers and Posters
Submissions to the free paper and poster sessions are invited.
The abstract submission deadline is September 15, 2019
Abstracts should be both concise and informative. Abstracts of studies should provide brief details of the background, methods, results and conclusions. Abstracts of case reports and series should include background, case report(s) and conclusions. It is not acceptable to state that "results will be presented at the meeting". Abstracts should be in English and should not exceed 250 words including the title.
Abstracts may be submitted for oral or poster sessions. If you would like a paper to be considered for poster presentation in case it is not selected for the oral presentation, please indicate this in your abstract submission form.
All abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee and a decision on acceptance and format of presentation will be emailed to the presenting author by October 7, 2019.
The presenting author is required to register for the meeting.

Call for Quiz Participants
One team of 2 postgraduate students from each college is invited to participate in the Quiz. Depending on the number of entries, a preliminary written quiz will be conducted to select 4 teams for the finals. Team members should be registered for the conference.
Applications for participation should be accompanied by a letter from the head of the department certifying postgraduate status of both team members.
The application deadline is October 15, 2019.
