How to pay your registration fee:

1. International wire transfer
If you choose to use this method, please check with your bank how much they will charge for the transfer and add the amount to the registration fee so that it is credited to our account in full. The registration fee entitles you to:

Certificate of attendance

Tea/Coffee breaks

Privacy policy
Data collected during the registration processs will not be shared with any other entities and will be used exclusively for conference purposes.

Refunds and cancellations
For cancellations made by September 15, 2019: we will refund 60% of the paid amount.
For cancellations made between September 16 and October 15, 2019: we will refund 30% of the paid amount.
No refund will be made for cancellations received after October 15, 2019.
All approved refunds will be processed and issued after the Symposium.
